Fan-engagement microsites

Give fans something to do, share and come back for.

Total Assault designs and builds campaign experiences that connect a creative idea with a clear fan action. A microsite can give a release or brand campaign a focused destination for participation, sharing or an agreed opt-in.

Who it’s for

Artists, labels, events and brands that need a focused campaign experience beyond a standard social post or website page.

What we can deliver

We agree on the channels, deliverables, responsibilities and reporting before work begins. A scope can include:

  • A campaign brief defining the fan action and the experience needed to support it.
  • A user flow and branded design that work on desktop and mobile.
  • Development of the agreed landing page or interactive activation.
  • Approved integrations and data destinations, confirmed for the project.
  • A launch checklist covering accessibility, measurement, opt-in wording and ongoing ownership.

How we work together

  1. Define participation

Choose the action, audience, campaign period and success measures.

  2. Design the experience

Map the user flow and creative, including mobile and accessibility needs.

  3. Build & review

Implement the agreed experience and validate integrations and data handling.

  4. Launch & maintain

Agree on hosting, support, reporting and what happens when the campaign ends.

Built around your team

Experiences can include campaign landing pages, giveaways, fan submissions and interactive creative. Any account connection, API integration or contact-data collection is checked against current access, platform requirements and the approved privacy approach before it is offered.

Good questions before we start

Can a microsite work alongside our main website?

Yes. We plan the campaign destination and links around the existing site and campaign channels. Hosting and support responsibilities are agreed in scope.

Can you connect a campaign to our existing tools?

We assess the requested integration first. Platform access, permissions and data requirements must be confirmed before we promise a specific connection.

How is fan information handled?

Before launch, the team should agree on clear opt-in wording, the data destination, access, retention and the intended follow-up use. Those requirements are part of the project review.

What happens after a campaign ends?

We plan whether the site stays available, becomes an archive or is retired, along with any ongoing maintenance and data-retention responsibilities.
