NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

THIS SWEEPSTAKES CONSISTS OF ONE (1) RANDOM DRAWING AS DETAILED BELOW.

The “TABLE FOR THREE - $500 GIFT CARD” SWEEPSTAKES (“Sweepstakes”) starts at 12:00:01 a.m. Pacific Daylight Time (“PDT”) on May 15th, 2009 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. (PDT) on August 31st, 2009 (the “Sweepstakes Entry Period”). See the schedule detailed below for specific entry deadlines for specific random drawings.

The sponsor of this Sweepstakes is Anchor Bay Entertainment LLC., 9242 Beverly Blvd., Suite 201, Beverly Hills, CA 90210 (the “Sponsor”). The Sweepstakes shall be subject to these Official Rules, and by entering, all participants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions herein.

ELIGIBILITY: SWEEPSTAKES IS OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE FIFTY (50) UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, EIGHTEEN (18) YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AS OF THE DATE OF THEIR ENTRY. Employees and their families of the Sponsor, Anchor Bay LLC., Starz Media, Lescher Marketing, People StyleWatch, Time Inc., Total Assault LLC, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, parent companies and agencies (collectively, the “Promotion Parties”) and those living in the household of same are not eligible to enter or win. By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to abide by all terms of these Official Rules. The laws of the State of California, United States apply to and govern this Sweepstakes and any claims must be raised and resolved in the courts of California, United States. All Federal, state and local rules and regulations apply. Void in Puerto Rico, all U.S. territories and possessions and overseas military installations and where prohibited or restricted by law. A prize won by a minor will be awarded in the name of said minor’s parent or legal guardian.

HOW TO ENTER: During the Sweepstakes Entry Period, you may enter via the Internet by following the directions for Sweepstakes entry at www.tableforthreemovie.com (“Entry Web Site”) and within the “Contest” page, providing your first and last name, zip code, birth date and e-mail address. Once you have submitted the required information you will be entered into the Sweepstakes (“Entry”). ALL ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED ACCORDING TO THE SCHEDULE DETAILED BELOW TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR SPECIFIC RANDOM DRAWINGS.

ONLY ONE (1) ENTRY PER PERSON, MAILING ADDRESS OR E-MAIL ADDRESS WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR THIS SWEEPSTAKES.

The Entry Web Site's clock will be the official timekeeper for Online Entry in this Sweepstakes.

The Promotion Parties, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, parent corporations, and their respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees and agents, and any and all Internet servers and access provider(s) (collectively the “Releasees”) are not responsible for: any incorrect or inaccurate entry information; human error; technical malfunctions; failures, omission, interruption, deletion, or defect of any telephone network, computer online systems, computer equipment, servers, providers, or software, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes; inability to access the Entry Web Site; theft, tampering, destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries; data processing that is processed late or incorrectly or is incomplete or lost due to telephone, computer or electronic malfunction or traffic congestion on telephone lines or the Internet or any web site; printing or other errors; any mailed entries which are late, lost, incomplete, misdirected, stolen, mutilated, illegible, or postage due, or any combination thereof. Proof of entering information at the Entry Web Site is not considered proof of delivery or receipt. Illegible, incomplete, and duplicate entries will be disqualified. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged. False and/or deceptive entries or acts shall render entrants ineligible. By registering to enter the Sweepstakes, entrant affirms that they have read and accepted these Official Sweepstakes Rules. Any information collected by registering to enter the Sweepstakes shall be used only in a manner consistent with these Official Sweepstakes Rules and with the Sponsor’s Online Privacy Policy, which can be found at the Entry Web Site.

WINNER SELECTION: Winners will be selected at random from among all eligible entries according to the details below. All drawings will be conducted by representatives of the Sponsor and shall be final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Winners will be notified by e-mail within fourteen (14) days of the applicable drawing date and may be required to execute and return a notarized Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability, an IRS W-9 form and where legal, a Publicity Release form within ten (10) days of date on notification. Failure to return all required forms within this time period, or to comply with any other provision herein, may result in the applicable winner being disqualified and an alternate winner selected. If a prize notification or prize is returned as undeliverable for any reason, the prize may (at Sponsor’s sole discretion) be awarded to an alternate winner in a subsequent random drawing from among entries eligible for the specific drawing. Prizes are not transferable, assignable, or redeemable for cash. No substitution for a prize (or parts thereof) by the winner will be allowed. If necessary, due to unavailability of a prize for any reason, a comparable prize will be awarded at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.

All Federal, state and local tax liabilities are the responsibility of the winners. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission (except where prohibited) for the Sponsor and its designee(s) to use the winner’s name, likeness, biography, statements, and any other similar materials for marketing, promotional and publicity purposes without additional compensation or any limitation.

ENTRY PERIOD / RANDOM DRAWING AND PRIZE SCHEDULE:

Sweepstakes Entry Period starts at 12:00:01 a.m. PDT on 05/15/09.

Final Drawing - 11:59:59 pm (PDT) on 08/31/09

The final random drawing(s) will be conducted within seventy-two hours of the conclusion of the Entry Deadline for the sweepstakes on/about 08/31/09.

Grand Prize - (One (1) will be awarded): The Grand Prize consists of one $500.00 American Express gift card (Gift card terms and conditions maybe be found by clicking here). The ARV of the Grand Prize is $500.

The total approximate retail value of all prizes to be awarded in this Sweepstakes is $500.00. The odds of winning a prize in a specific random drawing in the Sweepstakes are determined by the total number of eligible entries received for the specific random drawing in the Sweepstakes.

Specific items awarded as each prize is at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. The Releasees make no warranties, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the use or enjoyment of any of the prizes or items received after redemption of the prizes, including, without limitation, their quality, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Any and all warranties for prizes or any portions thereof are contained in the manufacturers' warranties, as relevant and the prize winners shall look solely to the product providers for such warranties.

GENERAL: By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants agree that Releasees shall not be liable for personal injuries, death, damages, expenses or costs or losses of any kind resulting from participation or inability to participate in this Sweepstakes or acceptance of or use or inability to use a prize or parts thereof including, without limitation, claims, suits, injuries, losses and damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation or portrayal in a false light (whether intentional or unintentional), whether under a theory of contract, tort (including negligence), warranty or other theory. Winners release the Releasees from any and all liability and responsibility with respect to the prize (including any property loss, damage, personal injury or death). Winners acknowledge that the aforementioned individuals and entities have neither made nor are in any manner responsible for any warranty, representation or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, related to a prize.

Releasees shall not be liable to winner or any other person for failure to supply the prize or any part thereof, by reason of any acts of God, any action(s), regulation(s), order(s) or request(s) by any governmental or quasi-governmental entity (whether or not the action(s), regulation(s), order(s) or request(s) prove(s) to be invalid), equipment failure, terrorist acts, earthquake, war, fire, flood, explosion, unusually severe weather, hurricane, embargo, labor dispute or strike (whether legal or illegal), labor or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, work slow-down, civil disturbance, insurrection, riot, or any other cause beyond Sweepstakes Entities’ sole control.

If for any reason this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, or if this Sweepstakes or any web site associated therewith (or any portion thereof) becomes corrupted or does not allow the proper playing of the Sweepstakes and processing of entries per these rules, or if infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, actions by entrants, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual implicated in such action, and/or to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Sweepstakes or any portion thereof. In the event this Sweepstakes is cancelled before the scheduled conclusion of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right to conduct a random drawing to award all remaining prizes from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received for the Sweepstakes prior to the time of the action or event warranting such cancellation. If such cancellation, termination, modification or suspension occurs, notification will be posted at the Entry Web Site.

ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Where a dispute arises about who submitted an Entry, the Entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail account entered. The “authorized account holder” is deemed the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, service provider or other online organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. A potential winner may be requested to provide the Sponsor with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the winning Entry and that all eligibility requirements are met.

NOTE: Entry must be made by the entrant, only at the Entry Web Site. Entries made by any other individual or any entity, and/or originating at any other Internet web site or e-mail address, including but not limited to commercial sweepstakes subscription notification and/or entering service sites, will be declared invalid and disqualified for this Sweepstakes. The use of any device, computer program or software to automate the entry process is prohibited.
