SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY PERIOD: All Time Low Gimme Summer Ya Love Tour Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on May 25, 2011 and ends at 11:59 p.m. (ET) on July 20, 2011.

ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes open to legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia who are age 13 or older at time of entry. Void in Puerto Rico, all U.S. territories and possession and where prohibited by law. Employees, immediate family members, and persons living in the same household of Total Assault LLC (“Sponsor”), andPOP.com or Sweepstakes partners, their respective parent companies, divisions, subsidiaries, retailers, artists, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies and any other persons involved with this Sweepstakes are not eligible to enter or win. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. In the event that this Sweepstakes is challenged by any legal or regulatory authority, Sponsor reserves the right to discontinue or modify the Sweepstakes or to disqualify entrants residing in the affected geographic areas. In such event, Sponsor shall have no liability to any entrants who are disqualified due to such an action. This Sweepstakes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with California law, and the venue for all controversies will be exclusively in state or federal court in Los Angeles, California.

All entries must be received no earlier than 12:01 a.m. ET on May 25, 2011 and no later than 11:59 PM ET on July 20, 2011. Online entrants are subject to all notices posted online including but not limited to Sponsor’s privacy policy. Limit: Only one (1) entry per person and per email address will be accepted. Duplicate entries will be disregarded. No responsibility is assumed for entries that are illegible, incomplete, lost, late, misdirected, or damaged. Mechanically produced or computer generated entries are void. All entries become property of Total Assault LLC (“Sponsor”) and will not be returned or acknowledged.

WINNER SELECTION: (25) Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received, on, about or before July 27, 2011. Random drawing will be conducted by Total Assault LLC. Odds of winning are determined by the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Entry Period.

PRIZING: One (1) pair of tickets to each concert date and five (5) Sims 3 Generations games. No substitution, transfer, assignment or cash equivalent of prize permitted, except that Sponsor may substitute prize or portion thereof with a prize of equal or greater value.

NOTIFICATION/TERMS: Each potential winner will be notified by mail email and/or phone and may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability and a Publicity Release within five (5) days of date specified on notification, or an alternate winner will be selected. If a potential winner cannot be contacted via email within 48 hours, or if an Affidavit/Release is returned as undeliverable or if a selected winner cannot accept or receive the prize for any reason, or he/she is not in compliance with these Official Rules, the corresponding prize will be forfeited and it may be awarded to an alternate winner. Prize will be awarded within 7 days after winner verification and receipt of completed Affidavit/Release. Each winner will be solely responsible for payment of all taxes on prize (including but not limited to federal, state, income and sales tax). GENERAL: In the event of a dispute over the identity of an online entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the "Authorized Account Holder" of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. Authorized Account Holder means the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Entry materials/data that have been tampered with or altered, or mass entries or entries generated by a script, macro or use of automated devices are void. Sponsor is not responsible for: (i) error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry information by the Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site or any combination thereof; or (ii) any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in the Sweepstakes. By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrant (i) agrees to be bound by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and (ii) agree to be bound by the decisions of Sponsor and the judges, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible if Sweepstakes cannot take place or if any prize cannot be awarded due to travel cancellations, delays or interruptions due to acts of God, acts of war, natural disasters, weather or acts of terrorism. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Sweepstakes or in the announcement of the prizes.

ARBITRATION AND CHOICE OF LAW: Except where prohibited by law, as a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, entrant agrees that (1) any and all disputes and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by final and binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association and held at the AAA regional office nearest the Entrant; (2) the Federal Arbitration Act shall govern the interpretation, enforcement and all proceedings at such arbitration; and (3) judgment upon such arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. Under no circumstances will Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys' fees, other than Entrant's actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes), and Entrant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
