The Kottonmouth Kings are an underground institution and counter-culture
phenomenon with over 4 million records sold worldwide.
Nearly 20 years ago, their popularity began when word spread about their unique
and original style that came to be known as “Rip-Hop”. Over the years, this
iconic group has built a huge fan base who feel inspired by their lifestyle,
their music and their fashion. Thanks to constant touring, the Kings earn new
fans every show...all over the world.
The Kings were back in the Studio cultivating the musical landscape for the
future with The Full Length “Krown Power”. A full 18-track album, “Krown Power”
features some of the hottest joints the KMK’s have ever rolled up. The Kings
have set an August 2015 release on United Family Music Group, their new label
founded by KMK front man, Brad “Daddy X” Xavier.
United Family Music will also host an incredibly expansive and eclectic group
of artists that have been recording hundreds of tracks over the last two
years...and now they are ready to drop! It’s truly a musical revolution based on
progressive technology that provides real time analytics and total transparency
for the Artists and Label.
Recently, the Kottonmouth Kings have been busy touring, recording and they
just wrapped their first season of the animated stoner classic “Stonetown”...written,
produced and voiced by the KMK guys themselves!
The Kings crossed the 1M+ on Facebook where every Tuesday fans send in photos
of their KMK tattoo (#TattooTuesday) and continue to grow their followers on
Instagram and Twitter. The group also has a rapidly expanding network of fans
with over 29,000 subscribers to the group’s newsletter, “The Kings Kronicles.”
Fashion has always been a key element that has connected the group to its
fans. Right now, there are dope new designs for the KMK merchandise line with
new products and accessories rolling out constantly on the KMK website.
